Organizational Sustainability Workshop

Code for All Network and La Sobremesa have partnered to bring a tailored process to strengthen the financial sustainability action plans for non-profits.

As part of our Capacity Building program, we’ve focused on helping civic tech organizations learn best practices for sustaining themselves. These workshop sessions will help improve the confidence around financial sustainability and strategic planning for nonprofits, so they can effectively address different situations that may come in the future.

We have successfully conducted our 1st Cohort Open Call for a Personalized Workshop Series in Latin America. Codeando México and Ciudadanía Inteligente got to experiment with new models and ideas for financial sustainability. Read all about it here.
